At St. Aer jay Public School we emphasize the role of music and dance in student’s life using these arts as tools to develop our students. The most important contribution of music and dance in student’s life isthat these are strong sources of releasing day to day stress and mental fatigue which otherwise are big hindrance to overall development of personality of student. We motivate our students to regular group rehearsals in chorus singing, dancing, playing instruments and dramatics etc.

These experiences generate in them team spirit, feeling of togetherness, organizational skills, sense of responsibility,patience, discipline, creativity and power of expression which intra help us in channelizing student’s behavior. Music cannot be only used to just manage child’s behavior but it is also an outlet for conflict or frustration or sadness. In fact it helps in eradicating many psychological problems of adolescence.
